A BOT that we have developed works fine sometimes, however, it at times stops functioning without giving any error message. It just hangs indefinitely. And if we restart it starts working on its own, without any changes made to it. This seems strange to us, as sudden non-functioning of BOT and auto-resolution of the same issue, raises our doubt on it’s reliability to provide solution.

- describe your use case in more details and what results you get vs what you expected. The issue could be related to how the script is setup.

We did check the troubleshooting guide and unfortunately it did not offer any help
When we run our BOT multiple times, it runs fine on few instances, however, on some instances, it stops running and goes into infinite loop and just hangs there without giving any error message. Even after waiting for several minutes, it does not work. We have to stop its running, and then when we re-run it, it works all on its own, without us making any changes. So this is strange, that it stops working without any error and then starts working all by itself.
