Cannot Complete Certification Assignment for Power User as I receive an OCR license failure message


Could someone please assist on an issue that I am having. I have undertaken the Power User certification path and I cannot complete the certification assignment as the OCR is red. The Intelligent Automation Cloud Version that I am using is 2.4.2. When I point the cursor to the red dot, I can see the following message “Failed Retrieving active license information. Failed Logging FREngine.” Could you please advise the resolution to the issue.

I have the same problem few weeks ago the only way to solve it is creating a ticket in workfusion service desk
you log in with workfusion academy credentials. write back if you have any inconvenenient

Many thanks for your suggestion. I raised a ticket and solved the issue with the OCR license.
