Hi Sourav,

This error usually occurs when RPA Express folder hasn’t been completely removed during uninstalling the previous version. Please uninstall the current version, check that the folder C:\RPAExpress has been deleted, and install RPA Express.

If the error still occurs after that, zip and send us this folder:
C:\RPAExpress\RPA\wfagent\logs

Thank you

#3

I have reinstalled Workfusion according to your mentioned process. Still Control tower is not getting started.logs.zip (26.6 KB)

I have attached the log as requested. Please help

#4

Thank you, Sourav, we will have a look at the logs.

There was a confict with another application which was also using tomcat. I uninstalled it and also modified the class path which resolved the issue
