Control tower is not starting in version 1.2.0

I have uninstalled the version 1.1.9 and installed 1.2.0. In this version I am unable to start control tower. The apache tomcat server is getting stopped after start.

Hi Sourav,

This error usually occurs when RPA Express folder hasn’t been completely removed during uninstalling the previous version. Please uninstall the current version, check that the folder C:\RPAExpress has been deleted, and install RPA Express.

If the error still occurs after that, zip and send us this folder:
C:\RPAExpress\RPA\wfagent\logs

Thank you

I have reinstalled Workfusion according to your mentioned process. Still Control tower is not getting started.logs.zip (26.6 KB)

I have attached the log as requested. Please help

Thank you, Sourav, we will have a look at the logs.

Please let me know if you have found something on this. I have again uninstalled and installed WF but still the issue remains. In logs I have found something like below:

Hello,
Could you please help me on this issue?I am stuck in this for a week and haven’t found a way to get out of this.

Hi,

I am still not able to brought up control tower. Please help

@sourav_ghosh2k do you still have this issue with version 1.2.0?

There was a confict with another application which was also using tomcat. I uninstalled it and also modified the class path which resolved the issue
