Day of Maintenance

Hi All!

Next week, we have scheduled server maintenance between 7am GMT Tuesday, Feb 27 and 7am GMT Wednesday, Feb 28.

What does this mean?

  • You will still have access to all training materials and be able to take quizzes and create human tasks in Control Tower
  • You will not be able to run RPA bots and work with S3 repository, meaning that you can’t work on assignments during these hours

We hope this notice will help you plan your training schedule and apologize for the inconvenience.

It looks like training S3 repository was changed recently (during server maintenance?). KB is updated with details for Amazon S3 (vs used earlier):
KB suggests creation of external bucket named ‘wf-vr-training’. I updated connection details in S3 Browser as suggested, and it works fine.

However, I cannot connect to the new storage from WorkFusion Studio. I use credentials from KB and the following URL:

Getting following exception on attempt to connect: The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method. (Service: Amazon S3; Status Code: 403; Error Code: SignatureDoesNotMatch; Request ID: 0A951E82B6F16634), S3 Extended Request ID: eeR7jDVBNQfTEpOqSzs65CHNt8RW2K1AwzId1j3unhGM5kGOaw7K06v8ln089a7njCFTkWdWWis=
at com.amazonaws.http.AmazonHttpClient.handleErrorResponse(
at com.amazonaws.http.AmazonHttpClient.executeOneRequest(

Please advise what run configuration settings should be used to connect to new S3 storage from WorkFusion Studio.

Update: the issue is resolved now. KB has been updated with additional details on WF Studio S3 settings and code examples for new storage.

Thank you for rising the issue.
The update took a little bit more time than we planned. Please accept my apologies.

I hope now it works well.

No problem. As mentioned in update to the initial post, I was able to configure and use S3 after additional details about WF Studio configuration were posted in KB.
