Error installing RPA Express: 0x80070643

Hi, I encountered the error 0x80070643 when installing RPA Express on my office laptop. Note the solution is to disable the anti-virus. But company policy doesn’t allow that to be disabled. Any other solutions?

The version I’m installing is 2.2.3.

-Screenshot of your system properties

Is it necessary to disable the anti-virus for the installation?

Hi @rtwk it used to be a best practice for earlier versions of RPA Express, but not anymore.
Could you advise what anti-virus is installed on your pc?

Please also send the installation logs as @iostapuk advised so we can investigate.
