Exception: Not found RPA ROOT folder

after installing RPA Express 1.3. I can’t start bot manager. Control Tower and OCR are fine.

After checking the rpa hub and node logs from C:\RPAExpress\RPA\wfagent\logs. I found following exception

Hope someone can help.

@bo_wuRXJiJonQt Could you also post all logs from these folders?
C:\RPAExpress\RPA\logs
C:\RPAExpress\RPA\wfagent\logs

sure thing.

here are the logs with following actions:

  1. launch workfusion rpa express,
  2. start control tower, bot manager (since the status was not running) and ocr
  3. zip log files

C:\RPAExpress\RPA\logs
logs.zip (832 Bytes)
C:\RPAExpress\RPA\wfagent
wfagent_logs.zip (29.4 KB)

Cheers

@bo_wuRXJiJonQt Did you change the name of the directory where RPA Express is located after installation?

Could you please send us these files (they are most likely located in C:\RPAExpress\RPA\rpa-grid):
start-hub
start-node0
hub (JSON file)
node0 (JSON file)
and the path to directory where they are located on your computer.

No, I did not change directory name.

here are the files:
rpa-grid.zip (5.8 KB)
and the path to directory where they are located on your computer.
C:\RPAExpress\RPA\rpa-grid

Bo, please do the following:

  • backup your start-hub and start-node0 files
  • replace them with the files attached
  • run the files and sent us the stack traces
