Execute workflow when server is logged off

Hi Team,

Do we have any option like we can execute the scheduled workflow whether the server is logged off or can we auto-start the control tower when machine was in login screen (ctrl+at+del). Otherwise I will need to login to the machine & manually open the control tower.

any help will be highly appreciated!

Thanks
Vikas Rawat
