I think it will depend on the popup.
If it allows to copy the message text, you can use select it with triple mouse click, Ctrl+C and Clipboard.
But most likely you will need to use OCR to read the text on the popup.

I am trying to capture the message by using OCR but goes fail.
It is because of the expired OCR license.
We will release a new version of RPA Express with a new OCR license today.
