Incorrect password or data is corrupt error message

When logging into WorkFusion, after eating the password that has worked for months, I receive an error message “Incorrect password or data is corrupt. Would you like to relog?” in a “Secure Storage” popup window. I can’t get into WorkFusion. Please help.
