Input file cannot be parsed: invalid format or not CSV file

Hi,

I get an error “Input file cannot be parsed: invalid format or not CSV file” when attempting to Import Business Process in Control Tower.

Any suggestions?

You should uninstall and reinstall RPA Express. After uninstall, check that the folder C:\RPAExpress has been fully deleted. If it hasn’t - delete it manually.

yes. tried after restarting as well.
