Issue with OCR, logs are attched

Hi @hsingla what version of RPA Express do you use?
Also, can you share all logs from C:\RPAExpress\OCR\logs?

Yes, we have looked through the logs, and it looks like some other processes on your PC use Abbyy

Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\ProgramData\ABBYY\SDK\11\FineReader Engine\Java\ocr-task\win\x64\FREngine.Jni.dll: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

Try closing WorkFusion Studio, waiting for it to stop completely and then trying to execute the process again.

You should have this process in C:\Users\username\ControlTower\Samples. You can import it in you Control Tower and run.

I have stopped the work fusion studio as your suggested but its not working. After that I have gone through the bot configuration and see one thing. please check
