If I run the code locally via Workfusion Studio sends emails successfully.

1- The Credentials are correct.
2- Outlook settings looks the same as before when it was working on Control Tower before(screenshot attached).

3- The IP address of the workfusion is whitelisted in firewall and spf records.
Is there any other settings in the outlook that I need to add? Really appreciate your help.

Hi Ssoleimani,

Are you trying to send an email via the bot.

Connect pulse first.
Please check the form, cc, email with a semicolon or comma separator.

Implements the semdEmail function using by bot and input data like from, cc, to … use thru Data store.

Thanks,
Varun Kumar

Thanks. This is solved by support team. This was related to the TLS version that version 1.1 is not supported in outlook anymore (2022) and in control tower couldn’t use version 1.2 not working. So after their upgrade I could use this prop to send the emails:

props.put(“mail.smtp.ssl.protocols”, “TLSv1.2”);
