Knowledge Base Videos Unavailable

I am unable to play any of the videos in Knowledge Base today, all I can see is “Sorry, this video does not exist.” in a black window.

Initially I thought that it may be a loosely used error message because I’m not logged in but I am unable to reset my password since I never get an email with a reset link, even though I get a confirmation that one was sent. I’ve had the password reset issue for months now, I’ve even contacted the admins as instructed to no avail: never heard back from anyone.

Cant get access to videos, because they all are private or does not exist.

This has been solved. The videos should work now.
