Mouse click event error

I have a project consisting of multiple .rpae action flows which consists of mouse click events on defined x-paths, it was working fine but suddenly i am getting same kind of error on every mouse click events everywhere in my project.
I re-created all of my mouse click events wherever i used and also double checked the defined x-paths and also the there is no changes in website on which i am using mouse clicks.

below is the error:

Hi @karan_dave, could you share your recording or a screenshot of one of the mouse actions that fail with the URL on which you are trying to click to test it?

Thank you.

This tells us that your input element is not clickable because of another element preventing it. I would suggest you trying first to click the element “div” with class “frm_admin” and afterwards click the necessary input element.

This is my recording screenshot:

I cant share the website i am using as it is an company’s internally hosted web application.
I have highlighted the step on which i am getting error. Also as said above, this same error i am getting on every mouse click events.

Kindly suggest me some things as to troubleshoot the problem.

Check as @vitaly_pustoZi suggested if there are any elements that cover the button you need to press.
Perhaps, the webpage doesn’t have enough time to load and the element is covered by some other element in this time. Try setting a bigger timeout in RPA Recorder settings for website loading.

Hi,

Actually my defined xpath was inside a div element of frm_admin and this div contained many elements including my desired element, so as you suggested first clicking div of frm_admin and then clicking the desired xpath worked partially only.

It worked fine when i inserted

as an xpath of parent in-frame(s).
(Also this inframe method works well only on firefox and IE but not in chrome)
Thanks for your valuable input @vitaly_pustoZi :slightly_smiling_face:
