OCR License failed in workfusion studio

Hello Team,

I installed latest version of workfusion studio 2.4.1, in that server components category OCR is showing Failed retrieving ACTIVE_license information. Please find the attached image and give me the solution as soon as possible. I almost completed power user assignment but because of OCR not working i am unable to proceed.

I am also facing same issue with OCR, not able to proceed with the power user certification assignment due to this, please help to resolve.
