Performing events/Task on Browser Popup

Hi,

I am trying to learn RPA Express. I have come up with a problem in Browser wherein there is a browser link once clicked a popup comes, wherein I need to fill a form.

I am getting the err as -

Execution failed
Error executing mouseClickAction

Can anyone please let me know what is it that I am doing wrong? Unlike other RPA tools do we not have any functionality to attach to the window screen?

What is the page that you try to do with Workfusion?
And what is the xpath that you used?

Thank you

please follow the below post reply for err details

How are you looking for the button? Has this button worked at any time?
I recommend (if you’re not already doing it) capture it by xpath to avoid errors.
You may have the iFrames page and also have to add this to the xpath.
The error simply says that it does not find anything to click on.

If you can place the page you are using or attach an image with the pop-up (F12 included) it would be helpful.
