Please help me: Execution error - Unable to connect with robot

Hi,

When i’m trying to play a record i’m getting an error “Unable to connect with robot”. I have restarted the application and my system many times still the problem persists, My system satisfies all the requirements.I’m using - Version 2.4.0
WorkFusion Intelligent Automation Cloud Enterprise edition. Attached screenshot has the error message. quick help is much appreciated. Please revert me on this issue.
