I have an issue similar to this one.
It’s caused by the fact, that in our environment we are whitelisting Chrome extensions and whatever is not in the whitelist is not allowed.
After the pop-up appears, I just click Ok and the script continues with no issues, so it seems like the extension being loaded into Chrome is not really required.
I found that the issue could be remediated by following the suggestion in this post:
Alternatively, you can disable Chrome automation extension by setting ‘useAutomationExtension’ capability to false:
ChromeOptions options = new ChromeOptions();
WebDriver driver = new ChromeDriver(options);
is it possible to update Selenium settings somewhere, so RPA Express is not trying to load this Automation Extension?
Best regards, Michael.
