After install of RPA express and first time into the application, everything works fine. If I get out of the application and restart services, I get an error msg in the pgsql.log file “This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator”.
It appears that the app is blocked by Antivirus or Windows defender. Please try to allow the application to be executed, restart all the components of RPA Express and let us know if it works for you.
After installation and first time execution, the app works fine. If I restart computer or remove from network and connect again, I get the errors, even after restarting all components.

For me PostgreSQL is never launched from the initial start of RPAExpress
