Retrieving specific information from a word document after a keyword

#1

What if I have to pick information after searching for a specific keyword in word doc, the problem is sometimes information starts immediately after the keyword, sometimes it starts after a gap of 5-6 characters and sometimes it comes below the keyword?

Kindly let me know for any workaround for the same?

@Vinay_Sabharwal

you can do something like this: http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/microsoft-office/quickly-replace-multiple-space-characters-with-a-tab-character/

or this: https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/word/657-word-convert-tabs-to-spaces.html

So as a result, you’ll have a doc with only one space/tab/other symbol as a delimiter.

BTW, you can use some useful key combinations, such as (CTRL + Right) and other to navigate between words - https://www.computerhope.com/shortcut/word.htm
