I can not grant read permission on files Ive uploaded to S3 folder Ive used following link to setup s3 explorer
I can read directories, create my own directory wf-aa-students/tatiana_arzoumanian
I`ve uploaded files to it
But when I trying to gant permission to All users to read I am getting error Failed - Access denied
As a result I can not access these files from Control tower

Could you help me please?

Thank you

Hi @tarzoumanian,

You do not have to change permissions in the s3 browser. Try using acl = “PublicRead” in the “s3-put” tag.

Where this tag is located?

When I upload links to these files to Control Tower and try to open links from Data tab of BP I am getting Access denied message:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Access Denied

Hi @ishmaust

I have a similar question, I have that appropriate line in my s3-put tag but my problem is S3 access related. When I try to run the bot configuration, I’m getting:

The access key ID you provided does not exist in our records. (Service: Amazon S3; Status Code: 403; Error Code: InvalidAccessKeyID; Request ID: 3L137; S3 Extended Request ID: 3L137)

I’m using the same access key and secret key provided at https://kb.workfusion.com/display/WF/How+to+upload+files+to+S3
but it doesn’t seem to work. If I leave the S3 Server URL as http://localhost:15110 which is my default, I get the above error. If I change it to https://s3.amazonaws.com, I get a “permission denied” error. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed?
