Start business process from incoming email

Hi Workfusioners,

I’m new to this program / forum and I can’t seem to find where the answer to my question is, so I thought I might post on here and hope someone has done something similar.

I’ve created a business process and I was hoping to have the process trigger based on an incoming email. As of right now, the process triggers on a schedule, but I want to it to be a little more fluid.

Has anyone successfully completed this? If so, any help would be much appreciated.

You cannot explicitly schedule a business process to trigger by an incoming email.
However, you can create a process to check for incoming emails in your mail and use conditions to perform different sets of actions depending on whether a new email is found, and then schedule the process to run at certain time intervals.
