Not able to launch

Hi, @WValera_Connecta_CS
for fixing this issue, your should go to RPAExpress/RPA/registry folder
and run register_rpa_x64.bat as administrator.

Best Regards

#4

hi

still cannot get bot manager started after running the register.bat file as well…

#5

Hi I have tried all possible means to get the recording to play, however it just wouldnt connect.

Things I have tried:

(1) Uninstalling and reinstalling Workfusion to make sure I select “trusted course” check box if there was any (but there wasn’t any check box).

(2) Restarted the 'Bot Manager (1 node)"

(3) Restarted ‘All Components’

Nothing is working. Please advice!!! Thank you T_T

Having the same issue. In my case it is running on windows server and I am taking RDP and trying to playback the recording but ending up with the same error ‘unable to start robot’ and similar log shows failure on rpauniversaldriver.connect!
