Unable to login to KB

I am unable to login to Knowledge Base.

@shubham_saxena do you need to access some pages for a course in Automation Academy? Then you should have received an email with the credentials to KB when you enrolled in the course.

@shubham_saxena yes, unless you have changed the credentials, you need to use the ones that were sent to you (they are the same as for Academy).

Actually I have changed the automation academy’s credentials once but the new ones are not working for KB.

Changing credentials for Academy doesn’t change them for KB. So you need to use the old credentials for KB.

Hi,

I am unable to login to KB.
I tried password reset and still not able to login to KB. Looks like my account is locked.
Can someone please assist. As this is necessary for my to complete my ODF training.

Hi @ppakanati,

Try using the automation academy credentials sent to you when you enrolled in the course.

I tried the same but it still didnt work. Also tried reset password option and checked by setting new password and still it didnt work. I assume my account is locked.
