Unable to Play Recording


I did the recording of copying the message from a WhatsApp, and paste the message on an excel file. Upon completion of recording, when I “click” on the play recording, the system wasn’t responding.

Another question: How to set the condition where the system will be able to only copy the message from the pre-determined sender in the WhatsApp?
